We all know that virtually all businesses outsource some things to external third-party organizations. For some, it’s because they just don’t have the time or expertise to complete certain processes. And, for others, it boils down to costs; outsourcing is usually cheaper than hiring personnel in-house.
The thing is, there are some core business processes that you should NEVER outsource! Sure, you might want to run a lean operation and cut down on costs as much as possible.
